Expedition Reality (Important Notes)
- This is a true Himalayan expedition, and guests should be prepared for authentic mountain conditions:
- Accommodation is simple, warm, and functional, designed for Spring
- No running water in winter – chemical toilets provided; hot water available in buckets on request
Short walks beyond motorable roads may occasionally be required (porters assist; opting out is always okay) - Heavy snowfall may cause minor delays or temporary road closures
- Limited mobile connectivity (only Jio & Airtel networks work)
- Mild altitude adjustment may occur during the first 1-2 days
- Proper winter clothing, snow boots, layered insulation, and hand warmers are essential
Booking & Flexibility Policy
- Dates are fixed; changes are not possible
- Cancellations: 30% deduction of expedition cost
- Deducted amount may be rolled over to a future expedition or transferred to a replacement participant
- Name changes permitted up to 2 days before departure
